Situated in Haidian Hi-tech District of Beijing, Xinlihua magnesium Powder Research Institute is composed of many scientific and technical personnels and has a strong technique foundation. The institute is specialising in the research and development of deeper processing technique for some Hi-tech products of nonferrous metals such as AZ91D, magnesium powder, Alumimium-Zinc alloy powder, high efficient flame-retardant (powder or paste).
Mr. Wu Qinglin, senior engineer and director of the institute, after years' painstaking research, has invented a new technique for producing magnesium powder and magnesium-aluminium alloy powder. The two techniques and high-speed vortex flow magnesium machine designed by him took out patents on invention. ??Deeper processing technique for magnesium powder" and "Pure magnesium powder" won silver and gold medals at "International Invention Exhibition'96, Beijing" and "Double-New Technology Exhibition'96, Guangzhou" respectively. The "fine magnesium powder" and "fine magnesium-aluminium alloy powder" won International Gold Medal at "U.S. Edison Invention Exhibition'96, Macao". Mr.Wu Qinglin, the inventor, had the honour to get prize of "special Contribution to Mankind". "Advanced Processing Machine won Brussels Eureka Gold Medal at "New Technique, Research and Invention Exhibition'98.". In the meantime, he was awarded a special prize by the minister of the Ministry of Common Affair of The kingdom of Belgium and Russian delegation. Furthermore, he was awarded "Cavalier" medal of Belgium government and inventor prize of the exhibition as well.
