Yantai 3B Packing Co., Ltd. is a joint venture established by the Yantai Glass Plant and foreign partners as a key manufacturer of bottles and cans in China. It was the first Chinese company in the packing industry to receive UKAS authentication, and is an appointed manufacturer for both the Coca Cola Corporation and the Pepsi Corporation. It is the largest-scale and best equipped bottle and can manufacturing enterprise in the domestic market. The company has assets valued at 210 million yuan RMB and has integrated scientific research, development and production. These include two sets of German ZIPPE automatic-controlled compounding lines, two German effective furnaces, four sets of German AMC full-electrical heated feed chutes completed with (British) BHF-907 feeders, four EMHART electronic-timing 8-gang double-spout bottle shaping machines, four German PENNEKAMP automatic annealing furnaces, two sets of American STRUTZ triple-color decorating machines, one Italian fully-automatic RB-4/6 6-color decorating machine, three sets of POWERS integral testing machines and a SGCC integral calibrating machine. In addition, they also have an American AGR linear supercharging testing machine, vertical load testing machine, thermal shock testing machine, and variable-speed analog-filling testing machine; which is the latest combination to be introduced to China. The company always pursues the quality policy of "Being strict, practical, novel and excellent," providing clients with superior products and satisfactory services. It is mainly engaged in producing and decorating beer bottles, wine bottles, alcoholic liquor bottles and juice bottles for large domestic plants (for example: Qingdao Beer, Huiquan Beer, Asahi Beer, Zhangyu Wine, Great Wall Wine). It's products are featured throughout the entire domestic market, with a market share of 90% for Coca Cola and Pepsi decorated bottles, and above 80% for domestic brand decorated drink bottles and beer bottles.
